At Altiora, we understand that time to market is paramount for our clients and, with that in mind, we have developed Quick Start Initiative, focused on implementation of a comprehensive set of standard practices and tools for fast regulatory approval. This ensures quick allocation of internal resources, prompt preparation of external vendors and rapid site activation.  Our Quick Start Initiative also covers execution of contracts, qualification visits, training and all other start-up activities, providing the best possible start to studies.

Development of Site Excellence Network within fast recruiting geographical areas enables us to recruit quickly.

Following the implementing Risk-based Monitoring (RBM) in 2011, Altiora has learned about various RBM models and approaches, which gives us a competitive advantage, by increasing our flexibility and enabling us in coaching skills.  Altiora proactively consults our clients in applying novel operational models, including centralised, remote and risk-based monitoring, as well as patient centric models.

QUALITY CLINICAL STAFF

We understand the role and value of human capital and put great emphasis on the recruitment and training of our clinical research staff. Altiora has developed its own training programme, focused on On-The-Job-Training, using self-education and e-learning training as ancillary methods.

All our clients are provided with a Site Manager, who is the owner of the project and is involved right from start-up.  Cohesive contact and support will be provided for the entire project – throughout regulatory and monitoring to closure of the clinical project.

Our clinical staff can be and often are, fully integrated within our clients’ operations - including, but not limited to, working on client SOPs and systems, having client specific accounts, acting as clients’ ambassadors e.g. having clients’ specific business cards, using PowerPoint slide deck and letterhead templates and email signature block template and/or similar.  Further to that, Altiora is willing to align our business (i.e. governance, portfolio planning, quality management, and key performance indicators) and operations (i.e. process/standards, training, technology and functional groups) with our clients’, in order to develop and strengthen relationships.
